Change: How to easily deal with change?

The Greek philosopher Heraclitus stated that, “Change is the only constant in life“, as he believed that everything lives in a process of constant change.

Think about it. In this world, we can see everything changing around us, whether it’s nature where change goes from season to season or Change among humans; physically, mentally, socially, emotionally and even spiritually. You may be willing or not but we grow, we age, we get old and then ultimately, we die. Thus, Change is inevitable. It is important for your own self, for your improvement and enhancing the performance of your daily routine in a more productive way.

If this is the stance, then why does it seem that so many people are resistant to change. Why are so many people scared of changing themselves. Or what they fear is not the change but the outcome that what if they may regret the changes they chose! And that’s why they fit with “The resistance to change is the only constant in life”. It’s a pity that we don’t cherish the wings we have been blessed with. We have actually taken away our abilities to actually live.

Change is a Challenge because it’s relative to time and only for those who desire for self-improvement and don’t want to just live their life being a pessimist. It all starts with the “mind” and you are the only one to change your mind because nobody else would.

Change is inevitable. So, have Faith in yourself

Believe in yourself, no matter what happens. Believing in yourself would raise your self-esteem and you will feel more confident. Your thoughts become words and your words become your actions. If you continue to tell yourself that you believe in yourself, eventually you really will believe in yourself.

Think, if you really had unshakable confidence in your ability to achieve anything you had put your mind to. What would be that!

Set your Goals

What most people won’t tell you is that purpose is not some Grand Divine plan that you have to spend a lifetime trying to figure out. It’s much simpler than that. Purpose is just a decision made in every moment of our life.

Find what you really want to do. Find your passion, your hidden talent and anything you want to do, do it with enthusiasm and with the belief that you can do it and you eventually see that happening. Let your purpose win instead of your fears.

 As Roy T. Bennett said, “It’s only after you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone that you begin to change, grow, and transform.”

Your Reaction to Things, When they change

Your Attitude is the reflection of your beliefs, your values, and most importantly, it shows who you really are. We often react to things emotionally and that’s where all the negativity jumps in and in return negativity drains all our energy, forcing us to become too gloomy.

 For the sake of the Change you desire, you need a positivity driven Attitude. You need to be optimistic about all the things in your life. Even if you have little, consider it the best you have.

Albert Einstein said, “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.”

And for this we must think positively, always expecting good things to happen.

Eat Healthy

Take extra care of your health and physical fitness. Eat hygienic, natural, nutritious and healthy food and eat them in a proper balance. A nutritional diet will have an immediate, positive effect on your thoughts and feelings. Take part in extra physical activities like going for a walk or gym, swimming or playing badminton. So you better stop eating junk or fast food! It will also help you stay productive and creative.

Dream Big

Whatever you do in life, make sure you have fun while doing it. Always Dream for the best. Let’s say if you are lacking in a particular subject or any field, you should never feel demotivated, instead keep doing it with full passion and consistency. Even if you do 1% of it, in the  long run, you will have it all. It’s obvious that you might have to struggle because it is said that without struggle, success has no value. So believe in your dreams and make them come true.

Whenever we get new knowledge, we grow. When we grow more, we change. Our Personality changes and develops a new Charisma to face the life even more smarter and harder. We become resilient.
